Shooting Space - What We'll Need

Here’s what we’ll need if we are coming to your office to shoot studio-style headshots (this does not apply if we’re doing outdoor/environmental or indoor headshots without a plain paper backdrop):

An open space of approx 12′ x 12′ (we sometimes get to locations and they show us to a conference that has a giant conference table in the center taking up the whole room, and that unfortunately does not work)
At least 2-3 outlets (we can also bring an extension cord / power strip)
At least a 9′ ceiling
The lighting conditions in the room don’t really matter as our lights will overpower the ambient light anyway
We will bring a stool for people to sit on – unless you prefer they stand

Timing

We will need about 3-5 minutes per person. If you have more than 50 people, 2-3 minutes per person.
For shoots with 15 or more folks, we recommend scheduling 2-3 people for every 10 minute slot so that we can keep the process moving and finish everyone in a timely manner.

Turn-Around Time

Within 3-7 business days of the shoot (depending on how many folks we shot that day), we will send out links to everyone’s gallery with their individual “best of the best” images from the shoot. Those are yours/the individual’s to download and keep, but they will be unretouched at that point.
Once the individual has selected their favorite image(s) for retouching and has notified us of their choice, it takes us approximately 5-7 business days to retouch them and turn them around. This also depends on our work flow, and it could take just slightly longer if we have an extensive batch of images to retouch from the shoot.
