Shooting Space - What We'll Need

Here’s what we’ll need if we are coming to your office to shoot studio-style headshots (this does not apply if we’re doing outdoor/environmental or indoor headshots without a plain paper backdrop):

  • An open space of approx 12′ x 12′ (we sometimes get to locations and they show us to a conference that has a giant conference table in the center taking up the whole room, and that unfortunately does not work)
  • At least 2-3 outlets (we can also bring an extension cord / power strip)
  • At least a 9′ ceiling
  • The lighting conditions in the room don’t really matter as our lights will overpower the ambient light anyway
  • We will bring a stool for people to sit on – unless you prefer they stand

Timing

  • We will need about 3-5 minutes per person. 
  • For shoots with 15 or more folks, we recommend scheduling 2 people for every 10 minute slot so that we can keep the process moving and finish everyone in a timely manner.
