With only a few weeks’ notice, we scheduled an on-location session at their downtown Denver office to photograph 16 team members—creating a consistent, polished look across their web and LinkedIn profiles while keeping the experience relaxed and fun.

For Nuvo’s session, we brought our mobile studio setup featuring a dark gray backdrop and three-light clamshell lighting to ensure soft, flattering illumination and a contemporary aesthetic that matched their brand. We scheduled each person in five-minute increments, allowing us to capture confident, natural expressions while keeping the session efficient for their busy workday.
Our goal was to make every team member feel comfortable and camera-ready, maintaining a professional yet relaxed tone throughout the shoot. Even Nuvo’s office dog—Trout—made an appearance for a quick portrait, adding a fun personal touch to the day.
After the session, CSAFE received a curated set of web-optimized, LinkedIn-ready headshots, all edited for consistency in lighting and tone.
